Mission Pest Control ("us", "we", or "our") operates this website or mobile app. We provide pest control, home improvement and similar services (our "Services"). This privacy policy describes the information we collect, how that information may be used, and with whom it may be shared. By using our website or apps, or contracting for our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Information We Collect and How We Collect it
Personal Information.
While using our websites, apps or Services, we may ask you to provide us with information about you and your interest in or need for our Services. Some of this information may be personal information. "Personal information" is information that would allow us to determine the actual identity of or contact a living person, or information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a living person. Non-Personal Information.

With Whom We Share Information
Personal Information.

As stated above, if we share personal information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, these vendors are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. - How our companies work together. We are part of a family of companies that perform the pest control and home improvement services under the Moxie Pest Control, Moxie Lawn Care, Moxie Insulation, Joshua's Pest Control and similar brands. We may also share personal information with our affiliated companies, who are obligated to use this information in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Our affiliated companies may share information and data about you for the following reasons:
- To assist each other in data processing operations, such as data hosting and maintenance, customer care, marketing and targeted advertising, analytics, finance and accounting, legal support, payment processing, service improvement, data security and fighting against spam, abuse, fraud and other wrongdoings.
- To better understand how people use our Services overall and to enhance marketing and advertising campaigns, where and as allowed under applicable law.
- For other legitimate business purposes including audits, analysis and reporting.
We may share non-personal information with third parties and affiliates under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it with third parties for any purpose to the extent allowed by law, such as to perform business analysis, advertising analysis, marketing research and activities, or other analytical or business purposes. reject a request if we are unable to authenticate you, if the request is

able to accommodate certain requests to object to or restrict the processing of

not allow us to provide such service.

law. Our Services are not available for persons under the age of 13. We do not
